Kick off the holiday season with Nampa’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting, held the Saturday after Thanksgiving in Downtown Nampa.
Festivities begin at 5:00 PM with performances by the Encore Theatre Carolers, the Boys & Girls Club of Canyon County choir, and a community sing-along led by pianist Nick Monteiro. The tree lights up at 6:00 PM, followed by visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus inside the Nampa Train Depot.
